This project involved developing a complete transactional email series to support user authentication and onboarding processes. The goal was to create secure, reliable, and user-friendly system emails that ensure seamless account verification and access.
The series included:
Email Verification – Confirm user email address upon registration
Email Token – Secure one-time authentication token delivery
Password Reset Email – Safe and accessible password recovery
Onboarding Email Series – Welcome and product introduction sequence
What I handled
Converted design into table-based HTML email structure
Ensured responsiveness across desktop and mobile devices
Implemented dark mode compatibility using color-safe styling
Optimized images for fast load performance
Implemented hover styling for links and CTAs to enhance interactivity
Impact
Improved user verification success rates through clear and action-driven CTA design, enhanced user trust with professional and branded transactional communication, ensured reliable rendering across all size devices, and strengthened onboarding engagement through structured and user-focused welcome messaging.
